2. Cancellation Before Work Starts
If you decide to cancel your service before we begin the actual work, you may be eligible for a partial refund after deducting applicable processing or consultation charges.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable:

- Landing Page or Funnel once development begins
- WhatsApp & Email Automation setup
- Any digital product or service delivered through third-party tools
4. Delays & Client Inaction
Refunds are not applicable in case of project delays caused by the client — including lack of communication, delayed approvals, or missing inputs.
5. Quality Concerns
If you’re unhappy with the final output, we encourage open discussion for revisions or improvements within the project scope. Refunds will not be issued for subjective dissatisfaction once agreed deliverables are met.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
